You might recognize Mel’s name from my last post on Authors Who Can Help You Change Your Life in 2019. Fortunately, even if you’re not a reader or feel too overwhelmed to tackle her book just now, you can still access Mel’s fantastic smarts and energy via her totally FREE 35-day Mindset Reset program!
Here’s everything you need to know in a nutshell:

- Every day, Mel and her team record a “snack-sized” video and post it to Facebook, youtube, and Instagram. They also mail it out to everyone who has signed up on the Reset mailing list.

- Each short session tackles the mindset and challenges that keep us locked in our heads and prevent us from rewriting our lives into the stories we want them to be. Every step is based on science and absolutely doable, regardless of your age, gender, income or anything else.
